Course Descriptions

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out online sales activities including dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and to ensure the goods ordered online are delivered to customer. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-  Identify online sales requirements.  Prepare online sales collateral.  Carry out online sales activities.  Carry out online sales performance review.  Prepare online sales report
